CYWARE LABS. INC. PRODUCT SUB-PROCESSOR LIST
Our customers control certain data that is shared with Cyware in our capacity as a data processor. To support delivery of Cyware services, we may engage affiliates and data processors (each a ‘Subprocessor’) to provide certain services on our behalf. These Subprocessors will have access to customer data Cyware has collected from our customers and their users pursuant to customer Agreements and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This list provides important information about the identity, location, and role of our Subprocessors. Prior to engaging any third-party Subprocessor, Cyware evaluates the third-party’s privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
