Manage Member-Level Access in CSAP with Granular Control
To put every piece of relevant threat information into action, it is important to ensure that it reaches the right recipients. Cyware Situational Awareness Platform (CSAP) version 2.5 is upgraded with a rich interface to configure and manage alert delivery options for members at both the organization and individual levels.
How does it work?
CSAP version 2.5 provides administrators with numerous options to configure alert delivery options for various members in an information sharing network such as ISAC, ISAO, or a private trusted sharing community.
-
Admins can define permissions based on their requirements such as member subscription types or delivery channels.
-
Members can be allowed to access the CSAP Platform through three different delivery channels - Web Portal, Mobile App, and Email Notifications.
-
By default, Members have access permissions enabled for the three delivery channels.
Macro and Micro control
- The extensive control available to CSAP Admins helps build a streamlined information sharing process while considering the roles and responsibilities of different members in an organization.
- The alert delivery options can be customized at an individual level which means that even if all three access levels are enabled for a particular organization, Admins can still choose to enable only one or two delivery channels for an individual member of that organization.
Conclusion
Information sharing is the most effective when customized according to an organization’s structure, priorities, and requirements. With the addition of this new feature, CSAP version 2.5 makes sure security teams have the right tools to build or enhance the existing effective information sharing network to improve situational awareness for all members.
