  3. Treat the roadmap as part of the product. A vendor with a transparent, documented AI development roadmap is one that is accountable to where they are going. That accountability matters more over a multi-year contract than any single feature available at signing.

As teams look to make their first (or last) investment in unified threat intelligence management, they need to know whether it is really an investment. Or just a dollar drop on something that could be outmoded within the quarter.
